MASTER YOUR STYLE PROGRAM AGREEMENT

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Let’s Get You LLC (“Company”) and the purchasing client (“Client”) as of the date of purchase.

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Master Your Style Program (“Program”) is a virtual, educational group styling experience designed to help Clients develop personal style skills through guided instruction, group sessions, and optional feedback.

The Program includes:

  • Group coaching sessions (live or recorded)

  • Educational materials and resources

  • Community access (if applicable)

  • General styling guidance (not individualized 1:1 services unless otherwise stated)

2. TERM & PAYMENT

  • Client agrees to a 12-month commitment at $97 per month.

  • Payments are billed monthly via Stripe beginning on the purchase date.

By enrolling, Client agrees to complete the full 12-month payment term.

3. NO CANCELLATION / NO REFUNDS

  • All payments are non-refundable.

  • Client may not cancel or terminate payments prior to completion of the 12-month term.

  • Failure to use or complete the Program does not relieve Client of payment obligations.

4. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Client understands:

  • Results are dependent on personal effort, participation, and implementation.

  • The Program provides education and guidance, not guaranteed outcomes.

  • Client is responsible for purchases made (clothing, tailoring, etc.).

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All materials provided are owned by Let’s Get You LLC and are for personal use only.

Client agrees not to:

  • Share, distribute, or reproduce Program materials

  • Teach or replicate the Program content for commercial purposes

6. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

If community access is included, Client agrees to:

  • Maintain respectful, professional conduct

  • Not solicit or promote outside services

  • Not share other members’ personal information

Violation may result in removal from the Program without refund.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company is not liable for:

  • Personal styling outcomes

  • Purchasing decisions made by Client

  • Indirect or consequential damages

All services are provided “as is” without guarantees.

8. CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT ENFORCEMENT

Client agrees not to initiate chargebacks.

In the event of a payment dispute:

  • Client remains responsible for the full balance

  • Company reserves the right to pursue collections and/or legal remedies

9. TERMINATION

Company reserves the right to terminate Client access for:

  • Breach of this Agreement

  • Misconduct or misuse of Program materials

No refunds will be issued.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.

11. ACCEPTANCE

By completing the purchase via Stripe, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms outlined in this Agreement.
